Car victim ill
A man struck by a car in Gloucester Street early on Sunday morning was still in a serious condition in the intensive care unit at Christchurch Hospital last evening. He is Joseph Bryers, aged 21, of Bealey Avenue, who suffered head, chest, and arm injuries.
