NZPA-PA London Ringo Starr and his wife, Barbara Bach, are among the well-known cast of a new television series to be screened on ITV. C. in the ratings. ITV has also bought Shirley Conran’s bestseller, “Lace,” starring Brooke Adams, Honor Blackman, Trevor Eve and Anthony Quayle. Both , tell high-class scandal and intrigue.
