Public Notice Pursuant to Section 72 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967 and Section 52 and 71 of the Rating Act 1967 Notice is hereby given that the Walkarl Pest Destruction Board intends at a meeting of the Board to be held at Walkarl at 1.30 p.m. on July 19, 1984, to make and levy a rate on the land In Its district for the period commencing April 1, 1984, and ending on March 31, 1985, In the following proportions In respect of the following classes of land: 60 cents per hectare In respect of Class I of the Classification List. 60 cents per hectare In respect of Class II of the Classification List. 45 cents per hectare In respect of Class 111 of the Classification List. 35.75 cents per hectare In respect of Class IV of the Classification List. 16.50 cents per hectare In respect of Class V of the Classification List. AND NOTICE Is hereby further given that the said rate will become payable at the office of the Board In one sum on the 15th day of August, 1984, and that the Rate Book Is open for Inspection without fee by ratepayers between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
