PROPOSED CHANGE No. 6 This Change proposes to amend the District Scheme to Incorporate provisions for home occupations, crafts and home workshops in the rural zones, urban zone, residential zone and urban development zone. Under the new provisions home occupations, crafts and home workshops will, subject to limitations, be a predominant use In the above zones. The limitations are: (a) Only one person not residing on the site shall be employed. (b) there shall be no display, advertisement or sale of goods and services. (c) the use or storage of plant and materials having objectionable properties shall not be permitted. d) limit on traffic generation. Any activity not complying with (b), (c) or (d) will be a conditional use.
