Butlers win both games
The Butler Auto Spares (Christchurch) senior men’s basketball team successfully represented Canterbury in two matches against West Coast teams at the week-end to mark the opening of extensions to the
Hokitika High School’s gymnasium. On Saturday evening Butlers defeated an invitation West Coast team, 67-59, after leading 30-27 at halftime, and on Sunday it beat Hokitika, 79-51.
