Intertas parcel
PA Wellington Intertasman NZ Group, Ltd, announced yesterday that it has made a placement of 210,000 ordinary 50c shares at 150 c each for cash to assist the financing of land, buildings, and facilities in Lower Hutt. The group financial director, Mr Terry Mulchin, said the facility comprised an 18,400 sq ft factory plus a vacant site for expansion. The private share placement represented 10 per cent of Intertasman’s paidup capital, and was handled by the company’s South Island broker. The cost was more than $BOO,OOO.
