The company now seeks to appoint an experienced engineer to control the engineering function at one of its dairy factories located m eastern Victoria. The Engineering Manager, as part of the senior management team, will be responsibie for the overall management of plant engineering and garage maintenance operations including day to day supervision of a group of diversified tradesmen, preventative and breakdown maintenance, maintenance scheduling, equipment evaluation, cost control, oroject engineering, stores and inventory control. Candidates should held tertiary qualifications in engineering and have experience with food processing equipment, process services, instrumentation, electronic controls, pneumatics and hydraulics. Supervisory experience is essential. Preferred age 25-45. An excellent salary package ;r. the vicinity of A 528.000 will be negotiated to attract an outstanding individual.
