Chief Executive Finance Entrepreneur Our client is a respected and well established New Zealand-owned company seeking a broadly experienced senior merchant banker or finance company manager to direct and develop the long term growth of the principal financial subsidiary. The finance company is well geared, has a firm funding base and a captive lending market. The new Chief Executive will be tasked with developing major business beyond the current client base and securing the continued growth of this successful company. It is essential that applicants are thoroughly familiar with al! aspects of consumer and commercial finance and merchant banxing in New Zealand. As the growth is likely to be in commercial rather than consumer finance, an emphasis in this area is preferred. The ideal applicant will have already had 10 or more years of experience in the industry, including 2 or 3 years in a general management position. Entrepreneurial and conceptual skills of a high order are essential. The remuneration will reflect the Chief Executive role and the need tor the entrepreneurial drive that will make ,his company a continuing success in the industry in New Zealand.
