Canty B trialists
The selector-coach of the Canterbury B hockey team, Mr Tony Hayde, has named a squad of 27 players for a trial match at Porritt Park next Sunday starting at 1.30 p.m. Included in the squad is the Rangiora goal-keeper, Peter Devlin, who has played several outstanding games for his side this season. Rangiora was promoted to the senior grade for the first time this season. The squad is: Rob Pentecost, Ron Smith, Peter Devlin; Mark Beatson,
