The position will involve:— • Recording of production in our carpet factory. • Recording of stock movements within the factory. • Assisting with production planning. • Transfer of manual recording procedures to a computer system. The applicants should have qualifications to U.E. level in maths, the ability to be accurate and neat with figures. Promotional prospects within the factory will exist for the successful candidate. A knowledge of the grain industry would be an advantage, however the essential requirements will be purchasing and negotiating skills. This is a challenging position requiring a good discipline for detail, ability to forward plan and ensure deliveries are met by suppliers.
