Turks will soon be able to buy Western cigarettes legally in local stores for the first time in 30 years. The first batch of foreign cigarettes — 25 million packets of 11 brands from the United States, Britain, West Germany, and Switzerland costing $7.5 million — will be imported by State concerns in the next seven weeks.
