Risk of war
■ Sir,—l understand there is some sort of edict against National Party members of Parliament taking part in any sort of panel discussion at meetings. All the same, I challenge Mr McLay to debate with me the proposition that the risk of being involved in nuclear war by being a military ally of the United States through A.N.Z.U.S. is greater than the protection it offers us from conventional attack. — Yours, etc., VERNON WILKINSON.
