Start to new well
PA Wellington The Benreoch rig is expected to begin drilling the Witiora 1 well off Taranaki today. New Zealand Oil and Gas, Ltd, as operator for licence area 113, said yesterday the well would be drilled in 128 m of water to a total depth of 4400 m.
