Rex Consolidated reacted to the news of an increased dividend and bonus issue with a gain of 15c, and Arthur Ellis rose 10c on news of a substantially higher profit. Bendon gave up 40c of this week’s sharp gains after the market learned of bonus issue, share split and higher dividend.
