Big heroin haul
NZPA-AP Hong Kong Narcotics officers have seized 300 kg of heroin near the shores of one of Hong Kong’s outlying islands, in the biggest haul in recent years. The heroin base would have a retail value of about $16.5 million if converted into heroin.
