Port of Timaru
The Japanese fishing vessel Miho Maru is expected to tie up at No. 3 Wharf south today. She will be “coupled” to the Akebono Maru, from which she will take on fish. The Miho Maru is scheduled to sail for Tokyo on Saturday — the day after the Akebono
Maru leaves for her fishing grounds. The Essi Silge is due to reach port from Tauranga tomorrow evening to discharge 1000 -tonnes of caustic soda. ARRIVALS Nil.
