PA Wellington The consultancy report which is supposed to show the way ahead for the Railways Corporation has been completed. The report, filed by the Booz Allen and Hamilton company of New York, has taken six months to compile and is being considered by the corporation’s board of directors. No comment was forthcoming from the corporation on the content of the report.
