Softball coaching
Sir, — I wish to thank the Burnside Softball Club for organising the coaching clinic, with special thanks to the ever-efferve-scent Lyndsey Leask, for all the time and effort she put into the running of a successful and valuable week-end, and not forgetting the often unthanked busy bees in the kitchen. When there was such good weather, facilities, and expert knowledge on hand, it was a shame that many senior and open grade players did not find a spare hour over the week-end, to learn more about the game. — Yours, etc., NATALIE HAZELWOOD. September 18, 1983.
