Bach owners make offer
A $200,000 offer tQ the Christchurch Drainage Board to subsidise a proposed sewerage scheme at Taylors Mistake has come from the bach owners at the bay, not all of the residents, as reported yesterday. Tiere were about 50 bach*es at the bay which
were due to be removed in 1986, and it was the owners of these houses who had made the offer, said the publicity officer of the Taylors Mistake Association, Mr T. Graham. The owners have offered the subsidy in return for permanent tenure the bay.
