Manly-Warringah continues to lead the Sydney rugby league premieirship from Parramatta afteir both clubs won their matches last Sunday. Manly beat Cronulla-Suther-land, 32-20, and Parramatta thrashed Newtown, 54-4. Other results were.— North Sydney 8, St George 4; Canterbury-Bankstown 15, Hlawarra 8; Balmain 12, South Sydney 2; Eastern Suburbs 27, Western Suburbs 18; Penrith 28, Canberra 24. Points: Manly 24, Parramatta 22, Canterbury 20, Norths 18, Easts 17, Cronulla 16, St George 15, Balmain 14, Penrith 12, Canberra 10, Newton 9, Souths 9, Wests 6, Hlawarra 6.
