New programme
The first programme of a new series, “Day One,” will be screened on Sunday evening on One, at 6 p.m. It will look at people daring to be different in an age of conformity. The programme is made by Energy Source Television, a private company in production at Northern Television’s Auckland studios. The hosts are Sue Scott (well-known as a weather
presenter on One), William Southgate and John Fabrin. The programme aims to survey topical issues and activities within the community from a Christian perspective. The "Day One” series is part of a planned world-wide link-up with a similar series being shown on the 8.8. C., and, where appropriate, segments from the British programme will be inserted into the New Zealand series.
