New A.A. office for Riccarton
The Automobile Association (Canterbury) will open an area office in Riccarton. The office will open on Monday and will offer a full range of A.A. service plus a travel section. An area office was opened in the centre of Christchurch earlier in the year and its success has been such that the Canterbury association decided to set up another office in the suburbs. The office will have a staff of two. The general manager, Mr J. A. Strachan, said there had been a steady demand for touring literature over the last few weeks but the demand was increasing as the holiday period approached.
