N.Z. will sign
NZPA Montego Bay, Jamaica New Zealand has said that it would sign the United Nations Law of the Sea convention today. The United States, Britain, West Germany, and certain other industrial countries object to its provision on seabed mining and have announced that they will withhold their signatures, at least for the time being.
