Computer centre explosion
Sir,—Hear, hear, for individual foresight and social awareness. As a recent visitor to your city I was pleased to observe certain posters on. view in the central city portraying {the spray-painted slogan of the youth who - recently damaged 4 the Wanganui Computer Centre. Although I. cannot personally condone his methods I fully support his ideology and of those who are sufficiently motivated to go to. the trouble of putting up these posters in Christchurch. As a first-hand witness to many of the social problems prevalent in my home country of England, I can understand that the warnings of the above-men-tioned people , are not to be taken lightly since I-suspect that this kind of foresight, if acted on) would have averted many of the social tensions which have and still are, occurring in the United Kingdom. — Yours, etc.,
