PA Gisborne Taranaki beat Poverty Bay. 13-6. in a tense and exciting North Island second division rugby match played in perfect conditions in Gisborne yesterday. The Poverty Bav forwards matched the strong Taranaki pack for most of the game. The Taranaki stars were the No. 8. Gavin Wetton. with his good covering work, and the full-back. Kevin Crowley.
