Church union
Sir,—ls it because Bishops .Pyatt and Ashby have no answer to my letter and other non anti-Springbok protesters, that they do not reply in your columns? Could they be getting together for comfort because their Churches, having lost their ideals and traditions, are emptying? What they are pushing, is the impossible unity of people of diverse beliefs, which the bishops of both Churches here and in Europe, have abandoned, but to which the laity still cling. I have had friends in
the Anglican community for years, but I do not want to worship with them, or they with me. If differences in belief in the chief doctrines do not matter, bring in the Bible Lady, with or without violin and the Wizard. Doubtless his spell or the violin will push the sheep over the cliff. — Yours, etcV. H. ANDERSON, ' July 15, 1982.
