Interim div.
Quill Humphreys, Ltd; announces that, the company will pay a second interim dividend of 5.5 c a share, of which 3c will be paid from realised capital profits in place of the previously announced final dividend.. No final dividend will be paid. The second interim dividend will be paid on July 16. Books will close at 9 a.m. on July 15 and reopen at 5 p.m. on July 16. The date of the Annual General Meeting of the company has been altered from August 11 to 4 p.m. on August 25.
