Man survives fall down bank
A man who fell almost: 20 metres down a steep bank, off Mulgans Track, at Redcliffs, was believed to be in a satisfactory condition in Christchurch Hospital late last evening. A St John ambulanceman, who described the. bank as “just about a cliff,” said that the man had been lucky. The police went to the accident scene. They said that there were no suspicious circamstances. ... . - ■
