20 apply for Labour post
About 20 applications have :been received for the post of Canterbury regional secretary of the Labour Party. The regional council chairman, Mr G. Lomax, said that the applications would be reviewed today and the new .secretary named before the regional general meeting on June 19. The former secretary, Mr B. D. Arps, resigned last week.
