The residential complex will contain 22 unitsn a 60seat restaurant, and an office suite. j, The developer, Berryman Properties, Ltd, has ,sold 10 of the apartments and received options for two. The prices, which are adjusted every two months to meet inflation, now range from $137,000 to $163,000 and vary with the size of the unit, the smallest of which has 112 sq m floorspace and the largest, 140 sq m.
