Use of drugs
Sir,—How L. J. Cooper .(May 25) cancall Dr Roxburgh’s article, "Factual and unequivocal,” is beyond me. On the contrary, the article, was an ’ appallingly poorly constructed barrage of opinion, loosely linked by fact. It added nothing to the argument over the legalisation of marijuana, and only served as an evocation (provocation?) of the prob-, lem — the "generation gap” — inherent in the subject; proving it to be a problem not only perpetuated by the younger generation, but by the so-called “experts" as well. The fact that Dr Roxburgh''is an "expert” means his facts are important, and not his opinion. — he said so himself. — Yours, etc., T. K. COURTNEY. . May 25, 1982.
