Public Notices NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF A MOTOR VEHICLE SALESMAN IN the matter of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1975. Take notice that BOATS AND MOTORS (CHCH) LTD, Of. 100 FITZGERALD AVENUE, CHRISTCHURCH, LMVD, carrying on business as a motor vehicle dealer under the name or style of SOUTHERN SUBARU (or being an applicant for a license to carry on business as a motor vehicledealer), has applied to the Motor Vehicle Dealers Licensing Board for the approval of IVAN ROSS STEWART, of 1068 PERRY STREET, CHRISTCHURCH, Salesman, as vehicle salesman. The application will be heard by the above Board after one month from the fourteenth day of May 1982, being the date of the first publication of this notice. Any person who wishes to object to the granting of this application must give notice to the Board of his objection within one month after the said date of the first publication of this notice.
