Public Notices WAIMAIRI DISTRICT COUNCIL CHANGE OF STREET NAME PART OF NANETTE STREET TO ARTHUR STREET IT is hereby publicly notified that at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council held in the Council Chambers, Fendalton on Wednesday, May 19, 1982, the Waimairi District Council passed the following resolution: “That pursuant to Sections 113 and 320 of the Local Government Act 1974 the Waimairi District Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to alter the name of the western portion of Nanette Street (i.e. that part running off Middleton Road) to Arthur Street.”; A copy of the resolution may be Inspected at the District Office, corner Jeffreys and Clyde Roads, during normal office hours. It is further publicly notified that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Fendalton on Monday, June 14,1982, at 7 pan. for confirmation as a Special Order! PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR REMOVAL OF MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS LICENCE In the matter of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1975 TAKE notice that Russell Taylo'r Motors Limited, of 13 Nursery Road, Christchurch, Trading under the name or style of Marina Motors, has applied to the Motor Vehicle Dealers Licensing Board for approval to remove Motor Vehicle Dealers License Number 846 issued on the 26th day of July 1976, at Christchurch, from premises situated 13 Nursery Road, Christchurch to premises situated at 500 Moorhouse Avenue, Christchurch, with a view to conducting business as a motor vehicle dealer pursuant to the licence at the last-mentioned premises. The application will be heard by the above Board after one month from the 12th day of May, 1982 being the date of first publication of this notice. Any person who wishes to object to the granting of this application must give notice of the objection to the Board within one month after the said date of the first publication of this notice.
