First century break
Doug. Hallufn (Richmond A) made the first century break in inter-club billiards this season when he regisferd a 106 in the latest round. With the first full round completed Boon Hay leads the premier A grade competition for the C.S.B. Trophy by one point. The points are:-’ Hoon Hay 17. Richmond A 16. Richmond B 14. Post Office Kaiapoi B r 2. Hornby 7, Woolston 7, Shirley 6. In reserve A, where the first round has also ended, Post Office A and. New Brighton R.S.A. are equal first with 16 points. Then follows New Brighton R.S.A. B' 15. Hoon Hay 13, Kaiapoi 9, Papanui 9. Post Office B 5 and Riccarton 1.
