Special mail service to Sinai

Special arrangements had been made for the handling of mail to and from New Zealand members of the international peace-keeping force in the Sinai, according to the Chief Postmaster in Christchurch. Mr N. J. Williams. Correspondence for members of the force should be addressed: (Rank and name). New Zealand contingent. MFO Sinai, AFPO3 Tel Avia. C/o. Chief Post Office, Auckland. Normal forces concession rates of postage apply, except for airmail parcels, which will be at the normal rate to Israel. Airmails are being sent to the Sinai from Auckland three times a week, and surface mails as and when necessary.
