‘Fingerprints found’
PA New Plymouth Six fingerprints found inside a house where two people were killed definitely belonged to Paul Julian, a baker’s labourer, aged 26, who faces a double murder charge, the High Court at New Plymouth ha beens told. Julian, of Inglewood, has denied murdering Jeanette Anne Butler, and Allar James’Schrider at Inglewood

J. j O'Brien, a fingerprint t specialist from Police Headquarters, Wellington, told the j court he had examined < fingerprints taken from the J house after the killings. , "I have no doubt what- l
soever that these six fingerprints were all made by the accused, Julian" he said. Julian’s workmates yesterday gave evidence of his behaviour about the time of the killings. The bakehouse foreman, Mr David Edward Butler, said that Julian, who was normally talkative, was unusually quiet on the day after the killings.
