Harmonaire’s pedigree

Bloodtyping tests carried out at the request of T. R. Nightingale, the Hastings owner-trainer of Harmonaire, have established that the five-year-old’s sire is the Irish-bred Blarney Kiss and not the English stallion, Plaban.

A press release this week from the New Zealand Racing Conference states that the executive committee has authorised an amendment to the Stud Book to show the horse’s correct pedigree.
