New controls for lights
Traffic lights at the Bealey Avenue intersections with Manchester Street, Sherborne Street, and Colombo Street should be working again today. The three sets of lights were not working yesterday because the single control unit which ran the lights was being replaced with three separate control units.
The intersections were patrolled by traffic officers during peak traffic periods.
