NZPA Sydney The Australian Shareholders Association has commissioned the Sydney patent and trade mark attorneys. Spruson and Ferguson, to independently evaluate the price offered for certain Tootal. Ltd. shareholders at Monday’s extraordinary meeting. Bradmill shareholders were asked to approve Bruck as Bradmill’s major, shareholder instead of the Tootal group, from the United Kingdom.
