dent Investigator. Mr R. Chippindale. said. The report quoted a medical examiner's opinion: "There can be no doubt that Mr Bull must have been functioning below his normal level of competence after six days of strict fasting . . ." The report found that Mr Bull, flying his Cessna from New Plymouth to Napier, did not keep to visual flight rules and crashed in the ranges.
