Union upset at rentals
As it has done with each ol a succession of increases in recent years, the Canterbury Rugby Union last evening voiced its displeasure at the city council's planned rises in ground rental charges.,
The meeting was told that if the new charges were adopted the cost of a lull-sized ground lor the season would rise from $146 to $176 and a small ground from $lO5 to $127. The unions total ground rental bill to the city council will be $13.5110
