Privileges restored
A decision made last December which removed the privilege of owners receiving complimentary entrance tickets to race meetings in Canterbury has been reversed. This was announced yesterday in a press release from the Canterbury District Committee. The changed policy will apply at the CanterburyJockey Club’s meeting at Riccarton on Saturday but the release states that as a consequence of the change there will be no reduction in acceptance-nomination fees.
