State housing for Spreydon
Tenders are being called to build 15 new housing units in Spreydon for the Housing Corporation.
The units which will have garages, will be built on land between Bolton Avenue and
Brougham Street. Fourteen of the units will have two bedrooms and the fifteenth will have one. Tenders will close on FebI ruary 9. The corporation ! hopes to have the units ready I for occupation by Christmas. The units, which will be I rented to people on the cor- , poration's waiting list, will i be the first stage of a 28-unit ! project.
