Miss Mulland and an Australian team-mate. Lisa Ipkendanz. both scored 76. but the former took the match on a countback. The competition pitted the Australians against five Christchurch players and seven players, including Russell Grace
representatives. from south Canterbury. Miss Mulland s good form was a carry-over from the previous day's competition at Coringa. where she set a course record for women. The Australian women are playing the matches as a buildup to a test against New Zealand next week. Canterbury's Jane Reece scored the best net result yesterday.
