Change of referee
PA Wellington New Zealand Soccer officials have been successful in getting a change of referee for its away game with Kuwait on December 14. The .code's international body (F.1.F.A.) originally named a Hong Kong official, but New Zealand protested, saying that with the>result having a direct bearing on China's chances of qualifying it was unfair to have
