‘Bomb’ delays All Blacks

NZPA Paris A U.T.A. aeroplane that was to carry the All Blacks to Singapore was evacuated at Roissy Airport in Paris yesterday after a bomb threat. An anonymous telephone call shortly before 9 a.m. (N.Z. time) warned of a bomb

on board the craft. Police removed the 373 passengers and searched the plane, including the luggage on board, but no bomb was found. The All Blacks passed the time in the airport eating and singing. The plane took off almost five hours late.
