Lord Module easily passes two tests

Lord Module was accom : panied by Stormy Attack, Junidr Del. Treasurer. Jeremiah and a maiden pacer from Kevin William's team. At his first attempt Lord Module started from the outside barrier position and he sped away from the mile post, bettering 30s for his first 400 m. after which Jack Smoelsnki eased him to complete the distance in 2min. 15. 6s. The six' horses walked round several times, with Lord Module acting kindly, before being brought into line behind the barrier for a run over 2600 m. Lord Module started from the second line this time, pacing under a strong hold and settling behind Stormy Attack while he sped over his opening 200 m in better than 14s. The pace slackened in the middle stages, with Lord Module keen to attack. Smolensk! let him go near the 800 m and he strode right away, winning by the best part of 100 m after taking 3min 36s for the 2600 m. the last 800 m in 58.2 s and the final 400 m in 29.25. He looked keen to continue and Smolensk! had to work hard to pull him up 300 m past the winning post.
Lord Module took no part in the Benson and Hedges Free-For-All last Friday. He was held up for a time while a punctured tyre was inspected jand then as the field started-to mQy'e.in behind the barrier’ • another horse stopped - in'- front of. him. bringing him jo .a standstill. Alter that-he. stood flat - fOo’ted. but once under way he hit but well .. -
