Awards to Chch entrants
PA Nelson Christchurch entrants scooped the pool for awards by the Society of Radiographers, presented at the annual conference in Nelson. The Kodak dux award for the student gaining the highest marks in the College of Radiographers (London) diploma examination went to Miss Joanna Ainge. The Kodak Cup for a paper on a given subject was won by Mrs J. Clark, for a paper on radiography of the facial bones and mandible. The society’s highest award given only for a thesis of exceptional merit was won this year by Mr J. Britten for a thesis entitled, “The rectus abdominus region.”
