Police seek intruders
PA Whangarei Three masked men armed with a hatchet allegedly robbed and threatened to kill a lone man in a house in Weaver Street, Whangarei, on Tuesday evening. The Whangarei C. 1.8. was yesterday seeking the men, described as wearing balaclavas. The men burst into - the house about 10.50 p.m. and after threatening the occupant escaped with his $BOO stereo.
