This is a particularly interesting postition as it would give the successful applicant a sound knowledge of industrial activities in the Association's area as well as. providing commercial experience in the operations of the Association's company, Mancan Foundation Limited. Applications are invited from people aged approximately 28-40 years, with educational qualifications of A.C.A. or 8.C0m., who should have had experience in either commerce or industry, possibly with some experience in a Government Department. On the research side, responsibility will include the preparation of research papers for- Council and Council sub-committees in the areas of Regional Development, Trade Relations and Export, Transport, Energy, Taxation and Economic matters. While a considerable amount of specialist assistance and economic material is available, some original work will be required. On the accountancy side, the Executive Officer will supervise the CMA accountancy work to audit stage, and be Secretary to the CMA's company, Mancan Foundation Limited, which is responsible for exhibitions, properties, and promotions at Canterbury Court.
